 The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court has banned the song Ole by Very Dark Man in Audio Mark.

A Digital streaming platforms (Audio mark)  have deleted all versions of the trending  song and associated videos by social media personality Martins, known as Very Dark Man. The action, which is in compliance with a court verdict on a case of Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin and Very Dark Man.

 Legal counsel to Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin says the removal was prompted by formal letters sent on two existing court orders, and the order says Very Dark Man should not publish or distributing any content that may lead to defamation against Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin and the Prophet wife.  

In July this year, Justice Yesuf Shafa dismissed all preliminary objections filed by Very Dark Man, pending the determination of the substantive suit. The substantive case has been adjourned to the 27th of October for continuation of the Judgment.

According to Very Dark Man said this is oppression and abuse of power and influence, that the song is not supposed to remove from Audio Mark, Very Dark Man also said the purpose himself making that song was not because of Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin but it was because of Portable and himself have listened to the song several time and Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin was not measured in the song. 

Very dark man also said he only measured Papa J, and Mama J, and that wasn't referring to Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin and his wife, according to Very Dark Man he was only referring to a man in his community that has stolen something in time past that was called Papa John Bosco and they were later arrested, His wife, is called Mama John Bosco, the man was Papa J.  

According to Very Dark Man claims that himself do another song later, because his song was not for Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin but My song is for portable.
