Suicide Bomber Kills at Least 10 in Konduga
At least 10 people died when a female suicide bomber struck a Konduga restaurant amid heavy rain.
The downpour masked her movements. Many injured are hospitalised. No group has claimed responsibility, but given the region’s history, Boko Haram or ISWAP is suspected.
The northeast remains tense despite security measures.
