22 Arrested After Mob Kills 12 in Plateau Bus Incident
Police in Plateau State have detained 22 suspects linked to a mob attack on a passenger bus traveling from Zaria to a wedding. At least 12 were killed and 11 injured.
Governor Mutfwang has demanded justice. Amnesty International has linked the incident to lingering North‑Central violence trends, which claimed over 100 lives in Benue just two weeks earlier.
