Six innovative Nigerian AI startups have been named among Google’s cohort for the 2025 Africa AI Accelerator Programme.
The three-month hybrid accelerator, running from June 23 to August 22, offers mentorship from global AI experts, access to Google Cloud credits (up to $350K), and broader investor exposure.
This follows Google’s broader announcement backing 15 pan-African startups via its latest cohort , demonstrating the increasing confidence in Nigeria’s tech ecosystem.
The initiative is expected to drive product innovation, job creation, and digital transformation nationwide.
