Elon Musk has expressed regret over some of the posts he made about President Donald Trump during their contentious exchange on social media. In a recent message on X (formerly Twitter), Musk stated, "I regret some of my posts about President Trump last week; they went too far.
"The two men had a public fallout after Musk referred to Trump's tax bill as a "disgusting abomination." Musk's expression of regret comes after Trump declared that their relationship was over and that he had no interest in mending ties with Musk.
