Louvre Museum in Paris was closed unexpectedly following a theft that occurred on Sunday morning



The Louvre Museum in Paris today witness an unpleasant event of theft that is unexpected which took place in the early morning of today 19th of October.


The theft is suspected to be carried out by professionals in broad daylight a moment after the museum is open to public, the thieves targeted the Galerie d'Apollon in the Denon wing, an ornate room that contains a selection of the French Crown Jewels.


The robbers took advantage of the ongoing construction and work to enter the building in a well skill and professional way, it is also confirmed that they are in teem of three to four skilled individuals disgusting themselves as construction workers.


The operation was estimated to last between four and seven minutes by officials, they work away with  up to nine pieces of priceless jewelry from the collection of Napoleon, Empress Joséphine and Empress Eugénie which are of inestimable heritage and historical value.


Their we're no report of injuries in both staff and the public in general, a major investment has started as the French interior minister described the event as major robbery.
