Court suspends PM Shinawatra over alleged ethics breach.

Thailand’s constitutional court suspended Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra today following allegations of dishonesty tied to a leaked phone call with former Cambodian PM Hun Sen.  

Interim deputy PM assumes duties while an investigation proceeds; opposition supporters are holding protests demanding full records of the call.  

Shinawatra’s approval has dropped sharply to 9%, prompting renewed debate over jeopardized dynasty influence.

Analysts fear the crisis could precipitate power struggles or even military intervention if political stability collapses.
