Relief in Sight as FG Rolls Out CNG Buses Nationwide
The Federal Government has announced the rollout of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses across the country as part of efforts to ease transportation costs following the removal of fuel subsidy.
With ₦100 billion allocated, the initiative aims to provide affordable alternatives for Nigerians and reduce reliance on petrol. The CNG buses will begin operation in major cities this quarter.
This move is part of a broader strategy to transition towards greener energy and tackle inflationary pressures caused by increased transport costs.
